What is a cookie
A cookie is a small file or identifier stored on or read from the user's device when visiting a website or using an online service. Trackers may include HTTP cookies, local storage, pixels, session identifiers or similar technologies.
In France, Article 82 of the Loi Informatique et Libertés implements Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC, the ePrivacy Directive. It requires clear and complete information and, unless an exception applies, prior consent before placing or reading non-essential trackers.
This policy applies to the Bonmoniq website and to the Service provided to professional customers. Granular consent remains required for non-essential trackers.
