This English version is provided for information as a free translation. The French version is the official legal version. If there is any conflict, the French version prevails.
Bonmoniq applies fair use principles to preserve service quality for all professional customers. The limits below reflect typical legitimate business usage. Abusive patterns may trigger review and may result in suspension.
1. Outbound minute caps per country
| Plan | Country | Included outbound voice |
|---|---|---|
| Starter | France | 1000 min/workspace/month |
| Starter | Belgium | 1000 min/workspace/month |
| Starter | Switzerland | 800 min/workspace/month |
| Starter | UK | 1000 min/workspace/month |
| Starter | USA | 1000 min/workspace/month |
| Starter | Canada | 1000 min/workspace/month |
| Business | France | 3000 min/workspace/month |
| Business | Belgium | 3000 min/workspace/month |
| Business | Switzerland | 2500 min/workspace/month |
| Business | UK | 3000 min/workspace/month |
| Business | USA | 3000 min/workspace/month |
| Business | Canada | 3000 min/workspace/month |
2. Overage rates
After fair use caps are reached, additional usage is charged pay-as-you-go from the Customer's prepaid balance:
- Voice: €0.10 / $0.10 / £0.08 / CHF 0.11 / CA$ 0.14 per minute.
Customers must maintain a prepaid balance. When the balance reaches €0, outbound services are suspended until topped up. Inbound calls continue regardless of balance. Auto-recharge is available in the dashboard to prevent service interruption.
3. Toll-free inbound limits
Business includes 500 inbound minutes per month for each toll-free number. Excess usage is billed on a pay-as-you-go basis.
4. Free tier limits
The zero-euro collaboration tier is available only while KYC is pending or after a paid Subscription has been cancelled. It lasts a maximum of 6 months after cancellation, then Customer data may be deleted under GDPR retention rules. It excludes telephony and is limited to internal collaboration features such as CRM, chat, calendar, and integrations.
5. AI voice agent fair use
AI voice agent pricing is charged per minute on top of regular call cost. Bonmoniq does not impose artificial concurrent-call limits beyond plan capacity, but reserves the right to throttle sustained abuse.
6. Prohibited usage patterns
- Cold-calling consumers without prior, express, provable consent. From 11 August 2026 (Law no. 2025-594 of 30 June 2025), telephone prospecting of a consumer without their prior consent is prohibited; the Customer holds and proves that consent. Business-to-business (B2B) prospecting remains permitted.
- Automated dialling (auto-dialling) and automated outbound calling, prohibited on every number type.
- Mass automated outbound calling without prior consent, including spam and robocalls.
- Premium-rate number abuse.
- Toll fraud and international rate manipulation.
- Sustained calling to non-existent numbers or war dialing.
- Use of numbers for fraud, harassment, or illegal activity.
- Bypassing intended service limits through technical manipulation.
7. Enforcement
First detection results in a warning email and explanation. Continued violation may result in temporary suspension of the affected service. Repeated or severe violation may result in account termination under the Terms. Bonmoniq cooperates with competent authorities, in particular ARCEP and the CNIL.
8. Customer responsibility
The Customer is responsible for the usage of all authorized Users. The Customer must implement appropriate internal monitoring, respect Do-Not-Call rules, CASL, GDPR consent requirements, and must not represent third parties without authorization.
9. Right to update
Bonmoniq may update this Fair Use Policy with 30 days' notice. Material changes are communicated by email or in-Service notification.
