US and Canada limits are lower due to carrier restrictions, including 10DLC and CASL frameworks.

3. Toll-free inbound limits

Business includes 500 inbound minutes per month for each toll-free number. Excess usage is billed on a pay-as-you-go basis.

4. Free tier limits

The zero-euro collaboration tier is available only while KYC is pending or after a paid Subscription has been cancelled. It lasts a maximum of 6 months after cancellation, then Customer data may be deleted under GDPR retention rules. It excludes telephony and is limited to internal collaboration features such as CRM, chat, calendar, and integrations.

5. AI voice agent fair use

AI voice agent pricing is charged per minute on top of regular call cost. Bonmoniq does not impose artificial concurrent-call limits beyond plan capacity, but reserves the right to throttle sustained abuse.

6. Prohibited usage patterns

  • Mass automated outbound calling without prior consent, including spam and robocalls.
  • Premium-rate number abuse.
  • Toll fraud and international rate manipulation.
  • Sustained calling to non-existent numbers or war dialing.
  • Use of numbers for fraud, harassment, or illegal activity.
  • Bypassing intended service limits through technical manipulation.

7. Enforcement

First detection results in a warning email and explanation. Continued violation may result in temporary suspension of the affected service. Repeated or severe violation may result in account termination under the Terms. Bonmoniq cooperates with regulators including ARCEP, CNIL, FCC, and CRTC in investigations.

8. Customer responsibility

The Customer is responsible for the usage of all authorized Users. The Customer must implement appropriate internal monitoring, respect Do-Not-Call rules, CASL, GDPR consent requirements, and must not represent third parties without authorization.
